Dr. Pollaccia Oral Surgeon in Wheat Ridge CO
Meet Dr. Nino D. Pollaccia, DDS
Dr. Nino D. Pollaccia completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at The Howard University Dental School in Washington DC. He completed 4 years of post doctoral specialty training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
As part of his OMS training he learned advanced technique and placement of dental implant systems including one of the country’s leadership roles in the newest concept of the Implant Supported Overdenture system.
In addition to the common core training in the specialized field of oral maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Pollaccia spent several years of his residency training in a broad scope of surgical disciplines such as trauma cases, transplant surgery, orthopedic surgery, pediatric surgery, and a extensive background in anesthesia.
Once graduated from his OMS residency he spent several years helping to establish the well known Clear Choice Dental Implant Center in Denver, Co. Dr. Pollaccia has a extensive and highly recognized resume in the placement of dental implants and has a extremely successful dental implant practice, which he established in Westminster of 10 years ago.
Aside from starting Front Range Oral Surgery 2006, he also serves his community by donating his time to those whom he is passionate about — one of them being those with disabilities. He continues to this day to be a provider for the MSDS and international charities that cater to the underserved in 3rd world countries.
In 2011 Dr. Pollaccia established an oral surgery clinic known as Just Wisdom Teeth, which primarily caters to the community for the removal of wisdom teeth by providing those without insurance a greatly reduced fee for a otherwise expensive procedure.
He has opened other locations in the Front Range — Wheat Ridge and Frederick — and is planning to open several more practices in the Denver Metro region. When not practicing medicine he can be found spending time with his family, his many pets, including horses and dogs and training for his next marathon.
